A stand basically just holds the food bowl but proper height adjustment of that food bowl is important. Your pet needs to be able to reach the bottom of its food bowl without its throat rubbing or touching against anything as this might cause the pet to have difficulty in swallowing.

For this reason our stands are made in two pieces, the stand and the food bowl support unit. You have the ability to easily and quickly adjust the height of the food bowl on your stand either up or down to reach the most comfortable position for your pet to eat.
