Return Policy

All products by PAWS Creations™ are for the purpose for which they are offered. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of product shipment. Absolutely no refunds or returns will be accepted after 15 days. You are responsible for inspecting your products after you have received them.

Please inspect your package IMMEDIATELY upon receipt! If your items have been damaged during shipment it is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier (Fed Ex, UPS, etc) to report and file a claim. Please notify PAWS Creations™ as well. Shipping damage must be documented and if possible pictures taken. Make sure you save all packaging for inspection by the shipping carrier as this will make your claim process go more smoothly.

We will accept returns based on the following:

Order Types

Standard Orders

Are Returnable and Refundable

Standard Orders have a 15-day return policy from date of receipt unless advertised differently. All items must be returned in new, unused, undamaged and in complete condition including all the original sales/invoice/packing slip paperwork.
All orders returned must be received back in the same condition they shipped to you.
We carefully inspect all returned packages upon receipt before issuance of refunds or exchanges. Packages returned incomplete, used or damaged will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Items returned for refund must be in their original packaging (original box, packing protection material, etc) and properly repacked to prevent damage while in return transit.
Items returned for refund will be subject to a 25% of purchase price stocking fee.
Refunds will be issued by company check.

While we refund the price of the item minus the stocking fee, we do not reimburse the cost of shipping it to you or the cost of the return shipping.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable unless there is a defect.

For replacement of a defective item contact us within 3-days of receipt of your order.
Any orders damaged during shipment in which a claim has been filed are exempt from this policy and will be replaced at no cost to you with the same type of item after your claim is complete.

Canceled Orders

Your order needs to be canceled by email by 10am Eastern Standard Time the next day after your order was placed. Orders canceled after that will be subject to a 20% of purchase price stocking fee. Please provide all the information needed for us to cancel your order.

No returns or refunds are accepted for any items advertised in this category.

Water Bottles

No returns or refunds are accepted unless bottle is defective. You must notify us within 3 days after receipt of your order that bottle is defective in order for us to replace it at no charge to you. Once we receive the defective bottle back a new bottle will be shipped to you.

Follow these simple steps to avoid any delay in processing your return.

Specific Return Procedures:

1. CONTACT US

All returns must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued before being returned. To obtain an RMA number please email us at info@pawscreations.com or call us at 727-323-5215.
RMA numbers are valid for 15-days only from date of issue. Merchandise returned displaying no RMA#, expired RMA # or invalid RMA# will NOT be accepted.

2. PACK IT

All returns must be accompanied with your original Sales Order Invoice/Packing List statement.
All items returned for a refund must be in new, unused, undamaged and complete condition. They must be returned in the same condition they shipped. Include all original packing (original box, protection packaging material, documentation, paperwork, etc). We carefully inspect all returned packages upon receipt before issuance of refunds or exchanges.
Packages returned incomplete, used or damaged will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above conditions.

3. MARK THE BOX

Clearly write your RMA# on the outside of the shipping box. This will expedite your return and/or exchange.
Merchandise returned displaying no RMA#, expired RMA# or invalid RMA # will not be accepted.

4. SEND / SHIP IT

All return merchandise must be shipped to us pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price.
Items returned C.O.D. will be refused and not accepted.
Items must be returned shipped via a traceable means such as: Fed Ex or UPS.

Return merchandise clearly displaying the valid RMA number on the outside of the box to:

PAWS Creations™ is not responsible for any merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the following terms.

We are not responsible for any losses that occur during return shipment.
We are not responsible for any merchandise that is not returned in accordance with the Specific Return Procedures as outlined above.
For all prices and products we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, shipping rate increases, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements.
Although every precaution is taken, some errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors or make any changes we deem necessary without notice.

Terms of Sale

Buyer ~ F.O.B. Origin (The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier).
Buyer ~ Prepays shipping charges.
Buyer ~ Owns goods in transit.
Buyer ~ Files claims (if any).

We try hard to serve all our customers. We wish we could accept all returns without any questions or limitations, but regretfully that is just not possible. Thank you for understanding and honoring our return policies.
