Shipping Policy

Please inspect your package IMMEDIATELY upon receipt, including the shipping box! If your items have been damaged during shipment it is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier (USPS, Fed Ex, UPS, etc) to report and file a claim. Please notify PAWS Creations as well. You should document all shipping damage and if possible take pictures (including the shipping box), especially if the shipping box is damaged. Make sure you save all packaging for inspection by the shipping carrier as this will make your claim process go more smoothly. See Return Policy for more information.

Note: All orders will be shipped to street addresses only. We do not accept orders that have a P.O. Box listed as the address.

Ship to Locations

• PAWS Creations ships merchandise to all 48 contiguous U.S.A. states. This term excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions.

• Shipping charges for the states of Hawaii and Alaska are quoted separately.

• Shipping charges for all other U.S. territories are quoted separately.

• International shipping charges for all other countries are quoted separately.

All orders are shipped: F.O.B. Origin (The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered pass to the Buyer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier ~ see Terms of Sale below).

Shipping and Handling Charges for the 48 Contiguous States

Our shipping and handling flat rates are based upon the type of product you order.

Our items are shipped to you completely assembled and each item ordered is individually boxed for its protection and shipped. The appropriate shipping and handling charge is applied to each item ordered.

• For example if you order two SPGS each SPGS will be packaged in its own box and shipped.

• If you order one PAWS and one PETS each item will packaged in its own box and shipped.

Shipping and Handling Charges for All Other Locations

The shipping, handling & processing fees are based upon the type of product you order, the shipping destination and are quoted separately.

Our items are shipped to you completely assembled and each item ordered is individually boxed for its protection and shipped. The appropriate shipping, handling & processing charges are applied to each item ordered.

You must contact us for a quote to your location at: info@pawscreations.com. International orders placed through our website will NOT be processed or shipped until shipping and/or other costs involved are determined and approved.

International Shipments Policy:

• Due to international requests for our products from overseas we now ship to other countries. All international orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail International.

• PAWS Creations is not responsible for damaged, missing items or lost shipments. All attempts will be made to package your shipment to withstand long distance shipping and if available insurance will be purchased for the full value of the products ordered.

• International Insurance coverage is subject to both U.S. Postal Service regulations and the domestic regulations of the destination country. Insurance coverage varies by country and is not available in some countries. The addressee must report damage of an insured article’s contents at their local Post Office.

• Once shipment is made you will be emailed with your shipment’s assigned tracking number. This number will allow you to log onto www.usps.gov and track your order. You will then be able to determine when delivery of your order might be expected. Once the package leaves our hands, we have no control over the time in transit or the time in customs. Please consider this if you must have your package within a certain time frame.

Additional Costs That Maybe Incurred: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government and are due once the shipment reaches your country and must be paid for by you prior to delivery. PAWS Creations has no control over the amount of the fees imposed nor can we predict what they may be. All such fees are your responsibility and are NOT included in this quote. Please contact your local customs office for information about additional fees that may be imposed and to get an accurate quote of the cost of additional fees that may be charged to you.

• Once a package enters your country these charges are not reversible and are due from you whether the package is delivered to you or not, even if you refuse delivery of your shipment. Please be aware of all related charges before placing your order.

• All packages will be marked and shipped as Merchandise, not gifts or samples, with the full value of the items ordered (minus the shipping charges and the handling & processing fees) declared for customs according to custom requirements.

• All International orders will be marked and shipped as “Treat as Abandoned” property and will not be returned to PAWS Creations. This means, after the shipping carrier attempts delivery without success (usually three times but will depend upon your country’s rules and regulations), the package will be treated as abandoned and neither you nor PAWS Creations will be able to retrieve the package.

• Please Note: If you choose to refuse delivery of the shipment from PAWS Creations that you ordered, you assume responsibility for ALL charges incurred, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the shipment. No refunds will be issued from PAWS Creations.

All Orders Whether Domestic or International

Due to the unethical behavior of some, credit card fraud has become a problem and a worry for both the card holders and businesses who accept them. Those who commit credit card fraud simply do not care who they hurt or how much stress they put others through.

PAWS Creations tries to be diligent with orders both domestic and international. All Internet businesses face a delicate balance between using safeguards that reduces or eliminates credit card fraud and creating too many hoops that customers have to jump through in order to make a purchase.

Our procedures help those who make legitimate purchases feel more secure and for those who don’t care about others hopefully they will click off of our website and rethink the choices they are making in their life.

Should we receive an order that creates suspicion it will be placed on hold. We will try to verify that the person who made the purchase is the legal owner of the credit card used. Attempts are made to contact the customer directly either via email or telephone. We are not trying to invade anyone’s privacy; we are just trying to operate a business ethically and morally.

If these attempts fail and the customer does NOT respond to our contact attempts then we alert our payment merchant account processor. They in turn may contact the bank who issued the card, who in turn may contact the card owner to verify that the purchase is authentic.

If this is unsuccessful we have two last options;

• Complete the order and make the shipment but require a signature and/or proof of identify upon delivery as a means to further guard against credit card fraud.

• Or keep the order on hold. We have a sixty day time frame with our payment processor. A legitimate customer will call and want to know where their order is, a fraudulent customer usually does not. The sixty day time frame also allows the real credit card holder to receive their credit card statement and dispute any charges they did not make where we will immediately issue a refund to the card that was used.

We sincerely hope that our procedures will create an environment where legitimate customers feel more secure and may be in a small way make the world we live in a little bit better for all.

We are not accepting credit card purchases from the following countries due to their high credit card fraud rating: Belarus, Bulgaria, Colombia, Egypt, Estonia, Ghana, Indonesia, Israel, Hungary, Korea, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Romania, Russia, Taiwan, Turkey, Ukraine or Yugoslavia. We regret any inconvenience.

These following areas have a history of unreliable postal service and it maybe difficult for you to receive your order/shipment; Latin America, South America, Africa, the Middle East and Greece. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for your order after it leaves our hands. See below for Terms of Sale information.

All orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous U.S.A. states will be considered Custom Orders. Please see Return Policy.

Shipping Method

All shipments are made with carriers that issue tracking numbers and have the ability to have the package signed for as Proof of Delivery should it be required or needed. You will be emailed the tracking number of your shipment so that you may track its progress to your location.

• For shipments within the 48 U.S. contiguous states we ship: Residential Home Delivery Ground via Fed Ex. Your order will usually be received within 2 to 10 business days after shipment depending upon the location shipped too. Exceptions would be for small items ordered such as Pet Water Bottles or Small Pet Dinettes. Those may be shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

• For all other shipments we ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail International.

Shipping Proof

Proof of delivery requires a signature by persons 16 years of age or older. PAWS Creations accepts no liability whatsoever for packages left without a signature. You must contact us and advise us if you require your order to be shipped with Proof of Delivery.

Shipping Insurance

All orders are shipped insured for the full value of the items ordered. Please note that insurance coverage varies by country and is not available in some countries.

Terms of Sale

• Buyer ~ F.O.B. Origin (The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier).

• Buyer ~ Prepays shipping charges.

• Buyer ~ Owns goods in transit.

• Buyer ~ Files claims (if any).

Note: PAWS Creations reserves the right to make rate adjustments without notice due to the changing market conditions such as (but not limited to) shipping increases, inflation, etc.
